During the warranty period, for failures caused by the product's own design, material, or manufacturing process issues, we provide the following services:
Free repair or replacement: Faulty parts are repaired free of charge, and if irreparable, replaced with equivalent or higher-grade parts free of charge.
Remote technical support: Response within 4 hours, troubleshooting guidance via phone/video.
On-site service: If remote resolution is not possible and the item cannot be returned by logistics, an engineer will be dispatched within an agreed time (generally within 72 hours) with no labor or travel charges.
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1、Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the manual, unauthorized modification or disassembly;
2、Failures caused by force majeure or external environmental factors such as fire, flooding, lightning, voltage abnormalities;
3、Normal wear and tear, aging, consumable materials (e.g., minor color changes of absorbing materials that do not affect performance are not considered failures);
4、Failures occurring after the warranty period;
