Sustainable development is HBTE’s core purpose. Our vision is to creating positive impacts to our employees, customers and society. The work is a continuous process and our corporate social responsibility strategy covers three areas: ethical, environmentally sustainable and socially responsible operations.

Ethical Program

HBTE tech values moral character and conducts business in an ethical manner with high integrity. We believe that good moral character can help us develop our business better. As a part of ethics program plan we have the following policies:

Have a series of staff training on ethical standards of business conduct and policy.
Have a protection policy for intellectual property rights.
Have a data security and privacy policy for our employees and customers.

Environmentally Sustainable Program

HBTE tech’s environmental sustainable programs intent to reduce emissions, minimize waste and prevent pollution. As a part of environmentally sustainable program plan we have following policies:

Utilize online content or e-Delivery for information distribution to reduce the use of print materials
Utilize environmentally healthy, safety and security materials to prevent pollution
Utilize sustainable workplace solutions to save energy and water

Socially Responsible Operations Program

HBTE tech contributes to the communities where the company operates, participating in local volunteer activities and supporting local educational organizations. As a part of socially responsible operations program plan we have following policies:

Have a cooperation with local collage and universities, provide students internships
Have a cooperation with local community, encourage employees to join volunteer activities
