Manual RF Shielded Box / Shielded Cabinet

What is a box shield? The manual shield box of HBTE is composed of a shielding box, radio frequency interface, shielding filter interface, etc. RF shielding box is made by sheet metal process, which has good shielding sealing and strong structure. The corresponding I/O data interface can be configured according to the customer's needs. The shielding factor of the RF shielding box is up to 80dB, which is suitable for the detection of some large wireless communication devices such as routers, AP products, tablets, navigators, cordless phones, vehicle navigation products, RF shielding tests, EMI, EMC tests and netbooks.

Applications of the manual RF shielding box

It can be used for base station testing of CDMA, EVDO, GSM, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, WIMAX signals Test, UE test, EMI test, coupling test, Bluetooth test and WIFI test, etc.


Electrical Interfaces of the RF shielded test box

RJ45 interface: connect the external network cable with the internal network cable equipment to shield and shield signal interference and leakage;

DC power connector: connect the equipment at both ends of the box inside and outside to shield signal interference and leakage;

USB filter: connect the devices inside and outside the box for data transmission and shield signal interference and leakage;

Waveguide: can penetrate the cable and shield signal interference and leakage;

Power supply filter; used for importing power from the outside of the box to the inside of the box, shielding and shielding signal interference and leakage;
