Millimeter Wave Base Station Performance

The global 5Gmm-wave commercial timetable is increasingly clear, but its base stations, terminals, chips, instrumentation and so on still need to be verified on a large scale in a variety of scenarios to meet future commercial needs. The performance test of 5G low frequency base station mostly uses the connection transmission mode. Channel simulator is used to simulate the path loss, shadow fading and fast fading in the air port environment. However, because of the large number of AAU oscillators in the millimeter band, they are more sensitive to the propagation environment. If they are still connected, a large number of RF interfaces are needed, and the cost and complexity increase dramatically. Therefore, the traditional conduction test method is no longer applicable, and a special test theory and experimental device are needed.

HBTE provides end-to-end performance testing systems for millimeter-wave base stations, including access performance under different NLOS (Non-Line-of-Sight)/LOS (Line-of-Sight) channel models, peak user rate, fixed bit rate testing, AMC (Adaptive Modulation and Coding) testing, high-speed testing, beam switching testing, and so on.
